In previous research I found methods of origami, and how folding paper can create shell forms. After looking deeper into this I found a few instructions on how to make a few simple shell origami. This was the result of my experimentation with this particular method.
However, I don't think that this is the best way to create the repeated pattern that I will use for the final piece. As the pieces are quite flat and I find it limiting in how you can make manipulate the paper compared to other previous methods.
